Anne-Lise is the founder and owner of The Whole Health Centre. Born from her enthusiasm and approach to health and well-being, The Whole Health Centre is dedicated to education, sharing and self-realisation.
Anne-Lise has a scientific back-ground and studied biology in France. A naturopathic practitioner for over 25 years, she is a renowned teacher of Colonic Hydrotherapy in the UK and abroad where she regularly lectures. She holds additional qualifications in Dance, Functional Exercise, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
In 1996 she co-founded, with Brian Miller, one of the first clinic in London to specialise in Naturopathy and Colonic Hydrotherapy while in 1998 they went on to creating Cleansing for Life in Scotland and in France, a pioneering residential retreat dedicated to fasting, intestinal health, colonic irrigation and detoxification.
Her new book "Too Young To Grow Old" was published in spring 2016
She is currently the main lecturer for The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy (IPCH) and the vice-chair of the Association And Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). She has contributed to Here's Health Magazine, Radiant health magazine and more recently the IBS network magazine and CAM magazine. She was featured in the Independent newspaper and has made appearances on Channel 4, BBC2 and ITV television.
