  • Working on posture, breathing and mindfulness
  • Using Brain Patterning exercises to improve coordination between both sides of the body and raise resistance to stress
  • Learning how nutrition affects symptoms and learning the best diet to keep calm
  • Understanding the emotions that cause stress and learning simple technique to gain more control over emotions.

The price per module is £40. Spaces are limited and all four modules must be booked and paid for together.
