Consisting of four 90 minutes’ modules.
Topics covered include :
- Knowing which muscles are involved in the stress response and learning ways to release tension
- Working on posture, breathing and mindfulness
- Using Brain Patterning exercises to improve coordination between both sides of the body and raise resistance to stress
- Learning how nutrition affects symptoms and learning the best diet to keep calm
- Understanding the emotions that cause stress and learning simple technique to gain more control over emotions.
The price per module is £40. Spaces are limited and all four modules must be booked and paid for together.
