Consisting of four 90 minutes’ modules.
Topics covered include :
- Knowing which muscles are involved in constipation and abdominal pain and learning how to release deep abdominal spasms
- Working on posture, breathing and mindfulness
- Using Brain Patterning exercises to improve coordination between both sides of the body and improve digestion
- Learning how nutrition affects constipation and bloating
- Learning the best diet to manage symptoms
- Understanding the emotions that relate to the bowel and learning simple technique to manage stress and gain more control over emotions.
The price per module is £40 (total £160 for all four modules). Spaces are limited and all four modules must be booked and paid for together.
